Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure that we are able to provide what you are looking for in terms of service. 

 

In a rare instance that you do not like what we are giving, we will refund 50% of the package value/product, provided the same has been intimated to us before the start of render. Once the renders are provided, we will not be able to process any refund.

Cancellation is provided only when it has been intimated to us before the start of the service/product you have chosen. Once any work has started on your service/product, you can apply for a refund ONLY.

Retention of the right to change offers

We may, without prior notice, change the Services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
